We give you the possibility of posting your problems about our services without any additional charges. We provide you a free online support.

The online support tool is available from the customer pannel, you just have to post a ticket on the tool and our team will try to help you as much as possible.

What is TeamSpeak 3?

TeamSpeak is a VOIP (Voice Over IP) communication software. It allows you to talk with your friends, member of your guild etc. Several VOIP softwares exist (Mumble, Ventrilo etc.) but Teamspeak is one of the best among them all.

Why renting a server?

TeamSpeak is separated in 2 parts, the client (which you install on your computer) and the server. The server must be online 100% of the time. You can install a TeamSpeak server by yourself on your computer, but only 10 users will be allowed to connect.
In addition to that, your bandwidth will be slowed down because Teamspeak uses it to communicate with all the clients. Renting a server lets you save bandwidth and provides you a full server availability 100% of the time.

How many slots do I have to take?

To order the good number of slots, you need to evaluate how many people will be connected to your server at the same time. The maximum number of users online at the same time will define the number of slots you need.

My community is growing, can I get more slots?

It is easy to add slots when you renew your server in case you didn't have enough. You just have to go to the customer pannel and select the number of additional slots you want.
Once ordered, it takes less than 5 minutes for the additional slots to be available on your server.
